STEALTH
A2 UMPRUM 2021 independently
An older project exploring the sense of invisibility in the city.These feelings have the potential to create new urban interfaces, against which contemporary surveillance systems work as complex barrier. Surveillance exists on both social and physical grounds and has a high potential of moving further along the axis it is currently on.
I offer architectural means to lead an alternative lifestyle. I work with the entire architectonic scale - I design clothes, constructions and processes. Invisibility can be given by position, material or mimesis of existing typology. Reflection, specularity or glitter can confuse a radar. A half meter thick shell of concrete can be a barrier to signal. Hideaways scattered across the city can be provisorial boardrooms or shelters.
